Our client leads the way in the design and delivery of socially sustainable housing and is looking for someone who can commercially manage social housing new-build projects from start to finish and be an integral part of the company.
The company has offices throughout the UK and this role will focus purely on the Northwest. You will work on multiple new-build social housing projects, managing developments from pre-commencement stages through to final accounts within budget and to strict deadlines.

Working within the guidelines set out within the group policies and procedures
Budget estimating / cost planning and financial reporting
Preparation of tender packages, and tender analysis, for main contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
Maintaining budget control throughout development; and highlighting and managing cost overruns within contingency levels
Ensuring all Building Regulations, NHBC and Health and Safety CDM requirements are met

Our client needs someone who can hit the ground running and so you should have previous experience ideally within sustainable housing projects
