Job Description

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic contractor in the North West. The role will involve working closely with the Project Management, Engineering and Construction teams.

Job details:
Prepare project cost and value reconciliations.
Manage the tracking and forecasting of Project Costs
Implement and improve commercial processes and awareness throughout the business
Prepare Applications for Payment
Manage subcontractors and subcontractor payments
Work with the Finance team - provide accurate forecasting information
Review proposed Client Terms and Conditions
Negotiate on behalf of the business
Final Account preparation
Contribute to and on occasion manage bid submissions including price estimates.

Requirements:
Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying
Minimum of 2 years` experience
Good communication and negotiating skills
