The Quantity Surveyor role involves working collaboratively with a team of professionals delivering schemes to clients over a range of sectors. Workload will vary but is typically primarily focussed on production of Bills of Quantities for leading Design and Build Contractors and MTC contract management.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Degree in quantity surveying or cost management (HND with suitable experience also considered).
- Experience in the production of bills of quantities and management of MTC contracts.
- Clear and logical thinker with determination and energy, good planning abilities, well-organised with good prioritising skills.
- Using IT for tracking, reporting and communication, utilising the Microsoft suite of programs including MS project and QS specific software. Experience in BIM is desirable.
- Capability of working under their own direction and ability to manage their workload.
- Committed to helping the practice grow.
