Brook Street Woking are delighted to be supporting a successful client in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Surrey.

This fast paced role requires somebody who can take ownership of events, think on their feet and devise a plan of action and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with senior management whilst also being able to advise on individual site-based projects.

Some of the general duties are:
+ Preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities from the architectural drawings.
+ Undertaking cost analysis
+ Preparing and analysing costings for tenders

To be successful you will need to be a team player and work closely with operational team members.
