A well-established Guildford based manufacturing company is seeking an experienced R&D manager.

The role will involve, leading and maintaining the NPI pipeline process, understanding of markets & customer segment, establish new product design specifications, lead a project team to design new products as per product specifications, driving continued improvement and cost reduction of existing products both functionally and via manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have can attitude, have strong CAD skills, used to working to standards and have previous experiences leading a team!
