My Woking based client is seeking a Services Operations Manager to be responsible for a total of 14 people including: range office, planning and Armoury.
The ideal candidate would have worked in a management role and have previous planning and scheduling, you will be able to work on your own initiative, have a pro-active approach and strong problem solving skills. A military back ground would be ideal but no essential and previous experience with firearms and health and safety experience would be advantageous.
