Due to a new opening we're currently looking for a friendly yet professional receptionist for our amazing managed office space.
With more and more companies looking to refresh and reinvigorate the work place we provide awesome managed offices and work spaces in all the best locations across the nation. Currently we want you to join our Reigate team!
In your new role you will be the face of the reception, meeting and greeting clients and generally looking after Front of House duties. Everyday jobs like sorting the post and taking incoming calls along with general upkeep of the working environment.
We have a couple of meeting rooms that all our clients have access to, you will be their first port of call when it comes to booking rooms and arranging catering from suppliers if needed.
Our other receptionists tell me the best thing about working here is the great clients we have in our office space so we want you to join that team by being friendly, approachable and with a great air of professionalism.
We offer 25 days holiday as well as the standard Bank Holidays, that's a bit more than average and we do like to look after our staff!
Standard hours are 8.30-5.30 Monday - Friday.
We want you to be organised, presentable and with great communication skills. An outgoing personality is a must along with a friendly demeanour.
Ideally a bit of receptionist duties in the past would be desirable, if not I'd love to see some level of customer service experience.
