Reception/Admin

£10.50ph

Location: Forres

Full and Part time considered

Office Hours Mon-Fri

Temp to Perm opportunity

Forres based client in the engineering industry, has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, to provide a professional and courteous point of contact for the company. As well as undertaking administrative duties as required.

The main duties for this role include: -

  • General reception duties i.e., Answering incoming phone calls and transferring as necessary, greeting, and welcoming visitors
  • Monitoring email boxes
  • Carrying out administration requests
  • Maintaining stock and ordering stationery/office supplies
  • Data input
  • Scanning, photocopying, word processing
  • Booking accommodation and travel

To be considered suitable for this role you must have the following: -

  • Extensive experience of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to pick up new skills quickly
  • Work well individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to take instruction from management effectively
  • Be organised
