Location: Forres
Full and Part time considered
Office Hours Mon-Fri
Temp to Perm opportunity
Forres based client in the engineering industry, has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, to provide a professional and courteous point of contact for the company. As well as undertaking administrative duties as required.
The main duties for this role include: -
- General reception duties i.e., Answering incoming phone calls and transferring as necessary, greeting, and welcoming visitors
- Monitoring email boxes
- Carrying out administration requests
- Maintaining stock and ordering stationery/office supplies
- Data input
- Scanning, photocopying, word processing
- Booking accommodation and travel
To be considered suitable for this role you must have the following: -
- Extensive experience of Microsoft Office
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly
- Work well individually and as part of a team
- Ability to take instruction from management effectively
- Be organised
