This role is responsible for being an effective member of the Business Support Unit to ensure a positive front of house reception service is provided at all times at HQ through delivery of a high level of customer service to all visitors. To facilitate rail & hotel bookings for staff as required and provide a general Admin Support function to the Business Support Unit. To assist with workload, activities, efficiences and outputs of Business Support. This opportunity is based in a confidential location in the Nottingham region - a better idea of location can given when discussing the role by phone.
This role requires an organised individual who has a good knowledge of Health & Safety and an eye for detail. Previous experience in carrying out receptionist duties is essential and it is important to have strong computer skills.
