Job Description

Brook Street Birmingham are recruiting for capable Receptionist / Front of house support required to undertake Adhoc bookings across Birmingham in a variety of settings.

it is preferred that applicants have previous background working in -

Medical Centres (EMIS trained) / The NHS or Education where SIMS / CMIS has been used on a regular basis alongside or a professional office environment.

You will be of smart appearance be flexible & willing to travel across Birmingham areas and offer premier customer services.

General tasks may vary but include - answering and transferring calls, dealing with enquiries, appointment booking, general admin and filing, meeting and greeting clients on arrival.
