Job Description
Brook Street is working with our client in Newtownabbey to recruit a Reception/ Service Desk Administrator on a full time and permanent basis
This role provides an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, well organised individual to develop their career in the busy front office of a growing Truck & Trailer rental business.
The role will encompass:
* Meeting & greeting customers
* Hire documentation preparation and aftercare
* Liaising with insurance brokers
* Answering calls and directing to the various departments
* Processing daily hire invoices
* Interaction with the Sales & Operations functions
* Document scanning & filing
Essential Criteria:
* Excellent communication skills
* Good telephone manner
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Good organisational ability
* Attention to detail
* Competent in the use of MS Outlook & Word
* Ability to work under pressure
Previous similar experience would be beneficial as well as being able to demonstrate that you have worked successfully as part of a team.
Hours: Monday -Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: The anticipated starting salary will be in the region £20,000, although a higher salary will be considered to attract the best candidate with the most suitable experience
