Our client based in the Berkhamsted area is looking for a Reception Team Member to join their team working in the beautiful stately home which is set in an such an idyllic setting.

The Reception team are at the epicentre of the business and deliver the highest level of customer service to clients daily. From weddings and afternoon teas to corporate meetings and gala dinners the Reception team welcome guests 24/7.

Your day to duties will include carrying out reception duties such as greeting guests, checking them in and out and issuing room keys. You will deliver and maintain exceptional levels of customer service, deal with guest queries, generate system reports and prepare for future arrivals. Other duties include hosting events when required for example meet and greet guests for afternoon teas and complete accurate handovers from one shift to another. You will embrace and champion the core values - client centric, nothing is impossible, passion, team work and attention to detail.

You will have a minimum of 1 years working knowledge in a 4 or 5 star hotel within a customer service role, ideally as a receptionist. You will have an outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality and guest services, an eye for detail and have good computer skills including Microsoft packages. The company welcomes candidates who are confident and calm when taking control in emergency situations and have excellent communication and organisation skills. You must have access to your own car due to location.
In return the company offer a very competitive salary of £20,500/£21,000 per annum. This role is a full time role working shift patterns including evenings and weekends.
