I am currently working with an automotive company who are recruiting a new Receptionist for their busy front desk.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
" Answering calls, using a multifunctional switchboard and directing to the relevant person.
" Welcoming external visitors
" Distribute internal and external post
" Administration support for other departments
" Ability to handle difficult situations
" Excellent organisation skills.
" Strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
" Excellent customer service skills
" Be able to verbally communicate clearly
" Have experience working on a busy switchboard
" Able to work different in-house computer systems and switchboards
" Be smart and presentable
" Be available for immediate start
" Previous experience of working on a busy reception / front of house role
" Monday -Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm
" Hourly rate of £7.83
