Job title: Receptionist (9 MONTH CONTRACT)
Salary: £17,000
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Location: Kings Hill

Are you a highly organised individual interested in managing a busy reception in Kings Hill? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are currently recruiting for a receptionist on behalf of a large office in Kings Hill. You will be responsible for providing excellent service and assistance to both guests and staff to assist in the smooth running of the office. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering inbound calls, taking messages and transferring calls as and when necessary and carrying out general administration tasks.

As the first point of contact, you will be a welcoming face and voice for visitors. Due to this, the ideal candidate would therefore have excellent written and verbal communication, be highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once, work independently and ideally have previous administration/customer service experience.
