Job Description
We're currently recruiting for a receptionist on behalf of our client, a world class engineering firm based in Central London.
The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone
- Monitoring the email inbox
- Opening and distributing post
- Typing letters/reports
- Ordering goods (i.e. stationery, furniture etc.)
- Monitoring staff holidays, and monitor meeting room bookings
- Set up audit meetings, maintain audit record schedule
- Ensure the office is kept tidy including kitchen maintenance
- Arrange staff meetings/events
To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum of one years' exposure to a front of house reception position
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products
- Very well presented with a keen eye for detail
- Some exposure to invoicing customers/clients would be beneficial
Salary: £22,000-£25,000
