Our client based in the Barbican is seeking a receptionist to man their front of house.
They are looking for someone with a bright and positive disposition who has experience of a front of house position but who also has the ability to perform add on administrative tasks as required.
Being the first point of contact we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who genuinely loves this type of work and can be a true ambassador for the organisation.
It goes without saying that you should have a professional manner and the ability to liaise at all levels comfortably. Building relationships with visitors and clients is very important as is making the whole reception experience a positive one.
You should have a minimum of 1 year proven reception experience and have the personality to match this role. We need a friendly welcoming and pro-active person who can anticipate the changing needs of a busy reception desk.
