Brook Street are currently recruiting a Part Time Receptionist to work for a well-known Government Body in Wolverhampton. This is a temporary on-going role

As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all Clients and Visitors so a confident and pleasant manor is essential.

Your role will consist of some of the following
Meet and Greet visitors and customers
Answer Phones, take and pass on messages
Ensure sign in procedure is adhered to
Log all building maintenance issues and follow these up
Monitoring of CCTV
Some administration work

Hours of work are on a two week rota basis, Week one will be full days Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with week two being full days on Monday and Tuesday. These hours are set. Rate of pay is £8.21ph

Essential Criteria

You must be completely reference checkable for the last 3 years
You must be able to provide a complete 3yr work and/or education history
Due to the nature of this role you will need to go through a Basic DBS Check as a minimum. This will be at a cost of £25.00. You will also need to provide certain ID.
