Job Description

Are you an experienced receptionist, looking for an interim role with the potential to go perm?

Our prestigious Wetherby based client is looking for a receptionist to provide continuous cover for their main reception on a full time basis.

The role will be over 5 days a week (8.45-5.30 with an hour lunch break) for 4 week days and a six and a half hour Saturday (8.45-4 with 30 mins lunch break).

The hourly rate of pay will be £8.50 per hour, with an increase after 3 months.

Duties will include;
" Meet and greet all visitors
" Provide excellent customer service skills in a professional and corporate environment
" Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone calls and answer phone queries.
" Ensure the reception desk is efficiently managed in line with the company`s expectations.
" Liaise with relevant individuals, external organisations to arrange meetings when required.
" Maintain the meeting room diary, ensuring that the meeting rooms are well stocked and prepared
" General Admin duties

We`re looking for candidates who have previous experience. Excellent customer service, presentation and telephone manner is essential for this role.
