Temporary Hotel Receptionist

Brook Street Edinburgh are currently recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to work in a luxury hotel in Edinburgh City Centre.

- You will be handling all guest arrivals, check-ins and departures

- Customer service is imperative , you are the first person representing the hotel our guests meet therefore warm welcome is a key to a happy stay

- Dealing with guest queries and providing a high level of customer service and willing to go the extra mile

- Our client is looking for an energetic, passionate, motivated and enthusiastic team player.

- Able to work in a busy environment and handle busy periods and work well under pressure.

- Excellent manner over the phone and face to face - Dealing with all booking enquiries over the phone and face to face.

- Experience in using PMS systems
- Ability to work to a flexible hours evenings and weekends.
- Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
