Job Description
We're working with a well-established Keighley based company, looking for a receptionist to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant company, with a family feel and close-knit team.
- As the receptionist, you'll act as first point of contact on a busy switchboard, answering calls, transferring and taking messages.
- You'll also greet all visitors, ensure they're signed in and notify the relevant team of their arrival.
- Monitoring the general enquiries inbox, you'll ensure all messages are forwarded or responded to.
- Alongside reception duties you will also aid with some administrative duties, such as processing credit notes and invoices and aiding with filing and adhoc administrative support.
We're looking for a motivate candidate, happy to get their sleeves rolled up and muck in with adhoc tasks, whilst also providing a professional and friendly front of house experience.
Previous experience on a busy switchboard is essential.
We're also looking for excellent administrative attention to detail and a polite and professional telephone manner.
In return our client offers:
A salary of £16,500 - £17,000
35 hour working week with an early finish Friday
