Job Description

My client is based in Wheatley, Oxford and they are looking Reception Administrator, to support the Office Manager and Residences Managers with the provision of an efficient and professional administration service. The role includes delivering communication material to residents, updating posters and letters, checking students and conference guests in and out of their rooms and to provide reports and data analysis as required by the Office Manager / Residences Managers. The position also includes being part of the reception to provide a professional and welcoming reception function ensuring all enquiries from students and visitors are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The position is paying £9.95 p/h and you will be paid weekly. The working hours will be 13:00pm to 17:00pm Monday - Friday and this is a temporary contract for 52 weeks.
