Job Description

I am currently looking for an experienced and professional receptionist for a 3 to 4 month temporary assignment to cover reception in an industry leading, global company.

Pay: £9.00 per hour

Start date: Immediate temporary opportunity, working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

Typical responsibilities and skills required:
" Previous experience of delivering an excellent service face to face and over the phone
" Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly manner and directing queries appropriately
" Switchboard responsibility (training can be given)
" Booking lunches and general diary management to ensure meetings are scheduled and facilitated accordingly
" Taking parcel deliveries and ability to partake in some light lifting to facilitate delivery of parcels to the company.
" Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
" Self-Starter and IT Literate.
(Experience of CISCO switchboard is desirable but not essential as training can be given)
