Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for a well known hotel in a idyllic and picturesque location.
As a receptionist you will be responsible for creating a home from home environment experience for the guests. You will be the first and last face the guest will see when staying with us so it is important to make a good and lasting impression.
Duties will include checking in/out of guests, cash handling, dealing with guests in person, by phone and by e mail, taking reservations, computer use, admin duties, other designated tasks.
Experience in a similar environment would help however full training will be given.
Hours of work will be 45 hours over a 5 day week. The earliest you will work is from 8am till 8pm on rota basis.
