Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities company based in the Northampton Business Park for an experience receptionist to work every Wednesday up until Mid-October.
Duties will include answering incoming calls, managing a busy inbox, booking and preparing meeting rooms, seeing to incoming guests and other administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have some reception or hostess experience, have excellent communication skills, can offer brilliant customer service and is proactive in their approach to work.
My client location offers free onsite car parking and is easily accessible via public transport.
Working hours are 08.30-17.00, the hourly rate of pay is £8.21p/h.
