We are currently recruiting for a leading engineering company based in the Wirral area for a Receptionist with an immediate start available. Salary for this role is £17,000 per annum and your main responsibilities for this position will be to answer a multi-line switchboard quickly and answer direct calls efficiently alongside answering a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards, log information on calls received and maintain detailed & accurate records.

Your day to day responsibilities in this role will include:
Managing and organising incoming post.
Scanning engineers job sheets daily and weekly to relevant job folders onto their relevant system (Clik system).
Updating correct work logs on a daily basis from engineer's job sheets.
Updating out of hours details on relevant systems.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Some form of experience in a front of house receptionist or greeting customers alongside an exposure to administration duties.
Maintained regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
As the role is based in the Wirral area, you will be either be based in close proximity to the area or if travelling from the Liverpool area, you will hold a full, clean UK driving licence with your own vehicle.
