Job Description

This role is to work within an established public sector organisation based near Hexham. It is an exciting opportunity to work within administration within the medical sector. The role is to start as soon as possible, initially until the end of October with a view to be extended. If successful, your responsibilities will include:

-General administration
-Variety of reception duties
-Photocopying, filing, scanning
-Email and telephone correspondence
-First point of contact and patient interface
-Dealing with patient enquiries accurately, sympathetically and appropriately
-decide which service provider is the most appropriate for patient care
-Ensure medical records are updated with the correct information

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

-Reception and administration experience
-Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
-Full UK driving licence would be desirable

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 8:00am until 4:30pm with a payrate of £10.35 p/h. The role is to start as soon as possible until initially the end of October with opportunity for it to be extended further.
