Our client is looking fro someone who has some admin experience and is looking for a front of house reception role.
You will need to have some admin experience and great customer service skills.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Answering calls and transferring them to the relevant department
- Day to day administration
- Answering customer queries
- Prepare documents and update spreadsheets
-Greet and welcome guests when they arrive
- Assisting the MD with any matters
- Keeping the office presentable and ordering supplies when necessary
- Running and creating reports (using Sage
