Job Description

Receptionist / Administrator roles available at multiple sites across Central London on a permanent basis! If you're proactive, reliable and looking for a new work opportunity then this could be for you.

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9am - 6pm depending on the site (full and part time options)

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

NOTE: Must be available to attend an assessment day which are 9am - 1pm every Wednesday

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and transferring to the correct person
- Responding to emails in a professional manner
- Managing receptions, meeting rooms and business lounges
- Greeting clients and visitors in a polite and helpful manner
- Sorting post and filing
- Maintaining tidiness of kitchen areas (occasional)

Requirements:
- Punctual, reliable and uses initiative
- Microsoft literate
- Strong customer service skills is essential
- Presentable
