You will be working for an organisation that pride themselves in providing a range of social housing ,sports,health and well being ,children`s services and youth community activities within the county.
As receptionist you will essentially be providing a timely ,efficient and high quality reception service. On a day to day basis you will also provide administration support to the teams. In this role you will be the main point of contact for individuals so an approachable empathic nature is required.
You will be part of a user- friendly responsive reception service to support residents ,visitors and also staff.Process cash and card transactions for residents , visitors and course bookings. Maintain and update the housing management software and keep records up to date.
The role requires you to take an enhanced DBS check.
The salary is £18281 with an annual pay review. The hours of work are on a rotating shift pattern.
4 days on - 2 early 2 lates; 2 days based on a 7 day week. Earliest start time is 8am and latest finish is 10pm. There is free on site car parking and gym membership, with staff discounts,20 days holiday plus bank hols. Extra day for each years service up to.
