Job Description

Brook Street (UK) Limited is recruiting a receptionist for our client located on the Airport Road in Belfast.

The role is permanent , working 37hrs per week Monday to Friday and salary is £8.21 per hour.

Job Purpose:

To greet and record all visiting personnel to the company and provide a full administrative, clerical and telephone support service to ensure the efficient running of the business.

Key Accountabilities:

* Provide a professional and friendly point of contact for all visiting personnel.
* Accurately record details of all visiting personnel and inform the relevant person / department of their arrival to site.
* Issue all visiting personnel who are entering the building with the applicable visitor's electronic temporary access pass and ensure that all passes are returned and accounted for before the visitor leaves site.
* Safeguard the issue and safe return of building keys, pool vehicles and fuel cards.
* Take receipt of business-related telephone calls and relay appropriately in a professional manner.
* Provide professional administrative and clerical support to the business generally.
* Take receipt of deliveries to the business and redirect to the appropriate department as required.

* Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to the company corporate objectives.
* Observe and comply with policies and procedures for Health and Safety at Work and observe and continually promote equal opportunities and customer care in compliance with organisational aims and objectives.
* Participate in learning and development activities that develop personal effectiveness and assist in improving performance in the role.
* Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and in order to meet the changing needs of the organisation.

Applicants must have 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths ( or equivalent ) with one year reception experience or 3 year's experience in a reception role
