Our client is seeking a temporary Receptionist for a period of 6 weeks on a 35-hr contract
This role will be of an immediate start
The position will involve the following main duties: -
Operating switchboard of 3 incoming lines and over 20 extensions.
Franking outgoing post, sorting and distributing incoming post.
Processing customer orders and payments.
First point of contact for customers and visitors at reception.
General Accounts Office administration duties.
To be shortlisted for this role, applicants must have the following:
At least one year`s reception experience.
General accounts experience would be an advantage.
Pleasant telephone manner.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Excellent computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work on an individual basis and part of a team
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate between £9.06 - £9.34p/h
