Job Description

Receptionist
Location: Bradford, BD3
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000
Hours: Monday-Thursday - 9am-5pm and Fridays - 9am-4.30pm

This is a full-time permanent position.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our client`s growing team in Bradford. You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for clients and customers, displaying a friendly and welcoming manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and assist visitors and provide a warm and friendly welcome
  • Processing sales orders
  • Inputting and updating information on the database
  • Handle and redirect customer enquiries to the relevant person(s)
  • After sales support - requests / Lead times / Order & Return process
  • Data entry

What we are looking for:

  • Polite and friendly phone manner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 6-12 months customer facing or office-based experience
  • IT literate - Previous experience of CRM software is desirable
  • Positive working attitude
