Full Time
07:00 until 15.00 or 15.00 until 23.00

Our client, a luxurious and leading independently owned Country House Hotel & Golf Club in Newbury are seeking a professional well-spoken receptionist to join their highly experienced team based in Newbury.

Answering of the telephone and directing calls
Greeting guests and checking them in/out
Dealing with general enquiries from guests and assisting with their needs
Communicating with and assisting other areas of the business in relation to guests / customer service
40 hours per week
5/7 days per week (to include weekends)
7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts on a rota (variable patterns)
8 hour shifts with 30 minute lunch break
Paid per hour at up to £9.00 per hour
20 days annual leave entitlement (plus bank holidays)

To be successful, you must have worked within the hotel sector, you must be customer focused, professional and reliable.
