We are recruiting for a temporary Receptionist in a busy environment.
Hours can range from 8AM up until 7 PM, shift's - Can be up to 9 hours a day.
You will be the face of the office meeting and greeting clients and potential clients directing and helping with their queries in a polite and professional manner. You will be answering all incoming calls, recording information from the phone calls and entering the data into the system accurately. Whilst handling the post and other ad-hoc admin duties.
Who we`re looking for:
-professional and well presented
-Great communication face to face, over the phone and email
-Receptionist/Admin background involving phone work
-You will be intermediate level on MS Word & Excel
