Our client is a Physiotherapy clinic based in the City. They require a professional and efficient front of house and office administration receptionist to work alongside another colleague.
This is a client facing role and the first point of contact for all patients. It is therefore crucial that you are highly presentable and well spoken with a friendly and professional approach. You must be flexible with a sound work ethic and be able to maintain a calm and pleasant exterior even when dealing with demanding individuals. The reception area is a busy environment and you will need to manage multiple demands .
Duties include answering the phone, preparing treatment rooms, greeting clients, handling cash and card payments, updating patient records, creating quarterly newsletters, manage diaries, sort mail and write social media content.
