Job Description

Brook Street`s client based in Cambridge are looking for an experienced Receptionist/PA to cover various sites in and around the area, hours ranging between 08:00am and 17:30pm between Monday and Friday to support an existing busy team.

We are seeking a candidate that enjoys a varied role who has excellent reception skills and experience.

Overall Responsibility
-Respond to incoming emails and telephone calls.
-To act as the first point of contact for customers ensuring the company`s image is always maintained.
-Booking meetings.
-Sorting post.
-Liaising with other areas of the business maintaining clear and effective communication.
-Basic office administration.

Essential criteria needed for the role:
-Able to demonstrate excellent communication and people skills.
-You are confident.
-You have a positive mindset and attitude.
-You are highly organised.
-Practical knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
-GCSE`s in English and Maths, grade A-C or equivalent.
