Role: Receptionist & Administration Support
Do you have strong telephone/customer service skills and experience with Microsoft Office?
If so, we have a great opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for a busy reception and admin support for one of our clients in Eastleigh. You will be responsible for all front of house duties, administration support and some hospitality duties. These will include tasks like welcoming visitors, answering the busy phone line, sorting incoming mail, booking in meetings, keeping the reception area tidy, arranging travel bookings, managing stationery orders, assisting with letters and printing of documents, arranging and delivering lunches, serving coffees, booking taxis and tidying meeting rooms.
