Job Description

Are you an experienced receptionist with excellent organisational and administrative skills?

Are you on Furlough or recently made redundant or maybe just looking for change of scenery then this could the opportunity for you?

With a competitive salary of up to £25000 per annum and based in Eastleigh we are looking for a receptionist to the face of the company. With an excellent telephone and customer service skills to match your role will includes duties such as:
" Welcoming visitors
" Answering calls
" Sorting mail
" Managing meeting rooms through Outlook
" Managing log of book of PPE distributed out to internal staff and visitors

As well as reception duties there are Administrative duties as well such as:
" Printing and scanning documents
" Arranging travel for engineers including booking flights and hotels
" managing the stationery order
" Creating letters of invitation for customers travelling from abroad
" Ad hoc admin duties
