Job Description

Role: Receptionist
Location: Varied branches in the South East
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £20,000-£25,000

This local, very well established and reputable brand are looking for a Branch Receptionist/Office Administrator to support within their branches across the South East. You MUST be a driver with your own transport to apply for this role. You will mainly be based in Tunbridge Wells but will also offer adhoc days cover to other branches within an hour of Tunbridge Wells with all travel expenses paid.

You will be responsible for booking appointments, re-scheduling appointments, meeting and greeting clients, answering incoming calls, call backs, deal with telephone and written enquiries and all adhoc administration.

You will be friendly, personable, motivated, able to deal with challenging situations, enjoy working with people and be able to work on your own.
