Job Description

Staffordshire Police are looking for a full time Receptionist to join the Force on a temporary basis at Force HQ.

The Receptionist role forms part of the front of house team providing a front of house service to Staffordshire Police between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4:30pm on Fridays. The role will be based at Police Headquarters, Weston Road, Stafford.

This role will provide a professional first point of contact for members of the public and internal staff who visit or contact Staffordshire Police Headquarters.




The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Receptionist and be confident using the telephone and dealing with the public face to face (the building is COVID secure). As restrictions allow, more people will be able to enter the building so the role is due to get busier as time goes on, the ability to work under pressure is beneficial.
