Our Public Sector client based in Orton, is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team, on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm. The rate of pay is £12/90 an hour.
The site is based next to Orton Centre where there are local amenities.
The role will include but will not be restricted to;
Providing reception services
Welcoming staff and visitors to the building
Advising visitors of health and safety requirements
Provide administration support to the wider team
Manage incoming and outgoing services for the building
Managing the Helpdesk email account and respond accordingly
Arranging and managing meeting rooms
Purchasing office supplies and stationary
The ideal candidate will be able to learn new systems quickly and have previous experience working within a Reception / Admin Officer position.
IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office are desirable.
The rate of pay is £12.90. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available
