Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Case Administrator to work for a government client based in Plymouth.
Main duties include:
-Dealing with service users who will be attending for appointments
-Taking telephone calls
-General reception duties
Skills and experience required:
-Previous receptionist experience
-Good customer service skills
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both written and oral
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 0900-1700.
Rate of pay is £9.06 per hour rising to £9.56 per hour after 12 weeks of work.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 30/09/2021 with a possibility of an extension.
