Job Description

Legal Receptionist
Inverness
£18,850 (starting salary)

I am currently working with a legal client seeking to recruit a receptionist for the City Centre based business. Ideally you will have reception experience, first class customer service and be very well presented.

You will be joining a business who invest heavily in staff, this may be a great starting point to grow your skills and experience within the Legal sector.

Daily duties will include:-
Quickly and efficiently deal with telephone calls
Take accurate messages
Greet and interact with visitors to the premises
Manage room and hospitality booking
Set up meeting rooms
Arrange hospitality
Organise catering
Assisting at events
Diary management
Offer customer assistance wherever possible
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a history of customer service at least 6 months switchboard experience within a legal setting, be proactive, able to work with minimal supervision and proven ability to prioritise tasks.
