Job Description

Role - Reception / administrator
Start Date - Asap
Duration - 4/6 weeks
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am til 5pm
Location - Brighton

I have a variety of clients looking for a Receptionist to support them for around 4 / 6 weeks. This role requires someone who is motivated, customer service focused, hard working and also a real team player.

This role will include all Reception duties which is to meet and greet, answer calls, arrange and organise internal post. The role will also include managing a diary as well as supporting with administration. This will be updating a bespoke system as well as enter all relevant data such as absences.

We are looking for someone who is computer literate with MS office packages and confident using bespoke systems. Previous experience in Sharepoint is ideal however not essential.
