Job Description

Our public sector client based in Telford is looking for a Receptionist for an ongoing temporary assignment to support their organisation. This role is Monday to Friday working full time 37.00 hours per week, paying £8.91 per hour for the first 12 weeks then £9.06 from the 13th working week. Please note that for 23 and under this will be paying NMW for the first 12 weeks, then £9.06 in the 13th working week.

The role will require you to answer telephone calls and relay messages. Book in visitors to the building. Update and maintain electronic records on their database system. Photocopying, posting or proof-reading data. Sorting and distributing mail and other general administrative duties.

The successful candidate must be proficient in the use of Excel, Word & Outlook.
