My client based in Hemel Hempstead are looking for an organised, pro-active, enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to run their busy front desk.

The Receptionist is a full-time, three - six month temporary contract that will cover core business hours 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, with a one hour lunch break.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and therefore will be expected to be both welcoming and professional at all times.

Some of your duties will include; answering calls, using the switchboard, redirecting calls via Teams, Meeting and greeting, booking in visitors, car parking spaces, lunches etc and helping out with general ad hoc administration duties.

The successful candidate must be reliable, punctual, organised, and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a very busy office. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, typing ability and familiarity with Word and Outlook are required.

Salary is being paid at £10.50ph. There is also free car parking on site.
