Brook Street are looking for a full-time receptionist for one of our government clients based in central Bristol.
Main duties include:
- To provide an effective and efficient first point of contact with all visitors,
- Take telephone calls
- Undertake administrative functions in accordance with service policy and procedures.
- An ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence
- Conversant with standard IT applications including Word, Excel and e-mail
You'll need to be personable, organised, and flexible as there might be early finishes on Fridays. This role is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of an extension. Pay rate is £8.91 with a rise to £9.41 after 12 weeks of work.
