My Client is a well respected and market leading organisation looking for a customer focused, well presented and articulate individual to join their team.
As part of your day to day duties you will be responsible for booking reservations, logging details accurately onto the system, ordering stationary and managing inbound and outbound post and parcels, dealing with incoming calls and answering the switchboard professionally.
Having a good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
Good communication and customer service skills both written and verbal and to be well presented is a necessity
