We are looking for a Full Time or part time Receptionist in the Aldershot area. This is a temporary role on an ongoing basis working for a Government sector.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
Processing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, taking messages and answering queries as appropriate.
You will also have responsibility for ordering stationery and assisting in the ordering of office furniture and equipment.
Some data Entry and general administration duties.
Booking meeting rooms, maintaining filing systems and undertaking photocopying and faxing.
Due to the nature of this role a basic DBS will need to be processed before you can start working, this will cost £25.00 and will need to be paid upfront via cheque or postal order.
The hours of work can be flexible in terms of full time or part time hours.
This role is paying £7.83 per hour to be paid weekly in arrears. Holiday hours are also accrued on a weekly basis.
