Job Description

We are recruiting for a Receptionist on a temp to perm basis for a Client based in Cheltenham.

This is initially a 12 week assignment with the plan to be taken on permanently afterwards

Hours: Monday - Friday 0700 till 1300 and 1300 till 1900 = 30 hours (on rotation every 2 weeks)
Location: Cheltenham (all office based)
Pay: £11.00 per hour

THE JOB PURPOSE

To support the existing reception team with all admin and reception duties, to be first point of contact for all visitors and dealing with any queries that arise.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main reception duties
  • Answering inbound calls

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Previous receptionist or admin experience is essential
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Confident dealing with queries
  • Confident speaking to people in person and over the phone
  • Friendly and approachable personality
